Creekside Hotel

Stayed here for 3 days with my wife and our dog. Loved that it’s pet friendly. The hotel is fairly new and didn’t have many people there so it was very quiet and peaceful. A few complaints: the previous reviews about breakfast are on point. The breakfast is basic. There isn’t any meat option, but the bigger issue is that the cereals weren’t fresh. I got a bowl of Golden Grahams that were stale. So I tried the mini wheats and I kid you not it tasted and smelled like old lettuce. Our room was mostly clean but we found a lot of stray straight head hairs in towels, sheets and washcloths. Additionally there was a low and steady beeping noise that seemed to be coming from the room phone which you cannot unplug. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely come back. The beds are very comfy and the staff was very helpful and kind! As a side note if you are someone concerned about Covid they don’t wear masks here. We were the only ones who did. Something to keep in mind.

It's a new hotel, it was very nice. Room was nicely done. We were there during February so not many people. I will say I don't think we'll stay during the warmer Spring and Summer months since it's right next to a ball park (which I understand the ball park and hotel and what there functions were meant for, but seeing as are kids are much older and were much older now, they can have the hotel for what is meant for and those times we'll find somewhere else. But I do recommend this hotel. Staff was very friendly, hotel was very pleasing. Yes we'd stay again, just maybe not at the times it was really built for.

Hotel is great and very clean rooms. Service is awesome with front desk. They even had my brand and flavor of Green tea. They don't have seating outside which is very confusing since there's a large area, but I was able to find a place in the morning to sit out back. As far a location, there is an awesome gas station in same parking lot with beer, snacks, and amenities. However, for food...... there's nothing except burger king which I don't consider food. So I had to Uber somewhere and because nothing is around that took a very long time. I hope in the future they put a bench out front and hopefully a restaurant pops up at somepoint

Corporate events and meetings...HIGHLY RECOMMENED!!! I recently had a large group of individuals travel into KC for a work event, and Creekside did not disappoint! First, the hotel was clean, smelled great, amazing atmosphere. Second, the hotel's conference room was the perfect set-up! The hotel went above and beyond what I asked for with amenities! Third, we ordered lunch from Gusto Coffee just down the road which was AMAZING! Toping the night off, hosting a celebration event Char-Bar, alongside the firepits, the food, service and staff made the night an amazing event! Creekside is definitely top-notch!

Our stay was perfect! The staff was all very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Our room was spotless and the beds were amazing. We loved using the pool after a long day of travel and shopping. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and a great way to start our days. I highly recommend this hotel, we will be back.

This hotel doesn't get any better when it comes to location and proximity to the baseball fields. It is 50 feet from the entrance to the fields. The rooms are ok. Window unit a/c doesn't feel as cold as what the thermostat says it is. Bathroom ok with shower only. Had to ask for toilet paper and soap. However, the water pressure in the shower is awful. No closet in the room. Just a bar that extends from the wall to hang stuff on. Bed and linens were comfortable, but kept you warm. Lobby space is nice. Furniture is a bit uncomfortable. Front desk area does have a small market to get food and drinks items. Pool is tiny. But good for just a dip for a short time. Not much room to spread out when crowded. The pool towels are small, almost as small as a hand towel. Service was great and staff was receptive to whatever we needed. Breakfast could be improved. It was basically bread, muffins, expired boiled eggs, and yogurt. Burger King in the parking lot was much better. Place felt secure. Needed a key to get in the back door. Police was on site after hours to help maintain noise levels and any unwanted behavior. Overall, we really enjoyed this hotel and the fields. They accommodated large groups well and were always pleasant.

Stayed here December 2022 during a visit to see family. The good things: customer service, clean room and bathrooms, dead bolt and door stop for security, comfortable beds, microwave and refrigerator in room. The could use improvement things: no coffee maker in room, breakfast was a bit lacking (lots of cereal options). I'm unsure of how quiet/loud the hotel gets since there were very few other guests during my stay.

This hotel just opened in April and there's a lot of new developments in that area. It's clean and has outstanding customer service. There are no closets but there is a rack to hang your clothes and drawers. There's no tub, shower only. No coffee maker in the room but there is coffee in the lobby. We do need more hot options for breakfast. However, the greatest attribute is, the rooms per night are very reasonable. We've found an amazing local "Baecation" spot.
